The Business Development Officer will be assigned to Lala Logistics.
Responsibilities:
Identifies current and future customer service requirements.·
Provides product and services regarding logistics
Establish new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Creates sales tools and presents products advertisements to potential customers and partner truckers
Conducts market study and survey competitors within the industry
Conducts customer profiling and maintains a database of customers to who Lala Logistics' products and services may be offered / sold to.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve or exceed customer goals target
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments (ISP's)
Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products and services offered.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Performs other related tasks as may be assigned
What you'll need:
3-5 years of sales or business development experience preferably in the logistics industry
Bachelor's Degree
Must be willing to work in the QC or Makati office when necessary
Must be willing to work outside of office hours when necessary
