Design and budget program and incentive structures to increase KOL adoption and platform orders
Generate and execute livestream initiatives to achieve program KPIs
Communicate program details and benefits to external parties and seek for potential collaboration, e.g. livestream agency and MCN agency
Liaise with other Shopee departments in designing and implementing initiatives
Monitor, analyze and apply data and insights in creating program strategies
Analyze and present program reports to stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree of Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or any business-related course
Minimum 4 years experience in a livestream-related industry, with experience in KOL management and strategy
MCN Industry experience preferred
Strong analytical and planning skills
Self-starter and a team-player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Familiar with MS Office, especially in Excel and Powerpoint
