Live Session Operations
Set up and operate live selling tools/software before and during live streams.
Coordinate with the host or influencer to ensure smooth live sessions.
Monitor the live feed to ensure quality (audio, video, connectivity).
Display product details, prices, and other info onscreen in real-time.
Assist with onscreen graphics, banners, product codes, and promotions.
Customer Interaction & Moderation
Moderate comments and engage with the audience in real time.
Respond to inquiries, questions, and orders through chat or comment sections.
Track and manage live orders, including recording order details and buyer info.
Ensure a friendly, helpful, and brand-aligned customer experience during streams.
Post-Live Tasks
Assist in organizing order summaries and customer lists.
Coordinate with the logistics or sales team to ensure fulfillment accuracy.
Report on viewer engagement, sales performance, and technical issues.
Provide feedback on live performance and suggest improvements.
Experience in live streaming, e-commerce, or social media sales preferred.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficient with platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, OBS, or similar live-streaming tools.
Fast typing skills and quick response time during live sessions.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
Customer service or sales background is a plus.
