Salary: Depends on Experience
 
Responsibilities:
Sets up and stocks stations with all necessary supplies
Prepares menu items such as dressings, sauces, appetizers, sides, and entrees
Cooks menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Answers, reports and follows head chef's instructions
Cleans up station and take care of leftover food
Stocks inventory appropriately
Plates meals according to the instructions of the head chef
Ensures that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Washes and sanitizes dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment
Cleans prep station and put away equipment
Complies with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Regularly inspects and updates the kitchen's health code standards
Manages inventory of ingredients and kitchen supplies
Requirements:
Relevant working experience in a hotel or restaurant of at least 2 years
Experience in handling banquets
Degree in hospitality is a plus (but not required)
Can speak Filipino, Cebuano and English
Knowledge in MS Office Applications
Willing to work at Punta Engaño, Lapu-Lapu City
