Implements pharmacy selling plans to deliver sales budget based on agreed overall store strategy 2. Monitors and reviews sales performance and implements selling plans to deliver sales budget 3. Manages the pharmacy, health and wellness planogram and expanded beauty area 5. Cascades monthly promotions for implementation 6. Checks and validates implementation of monthly promo 7. Coaches pharmacy assistants and monitors consistency the implementation of customer service and selling standards to sustain customer loyalty 8.
