Job Functions:
• Oversee, manage, and communicate all necessary mechanical needs for a building.
• Collaborate with other professionals to build, maintain, and turn-over a mid-rise building structure from
ground up.
• Constantly provides updates and analyzes the mechanical aspects of mid-rise condo building
construction.
• Reports to the project manager and the top management.
• Requests for necessary requirements and monitors usage of such requirements in the duration of the
project.
• Created, checks, and analyzes mechanical plans for mid-rise condo building construction.
Job Requirements:
• Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• With at least 10 years of relevant experience in vertical construction locally or abroad.
• Equipped with vast technical and practical knowledge on mechanical requirements of mid-rise building
construction.
• Must have knowledge and experience with MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire
Protection).
