URGENT HIRING - Licensed Guidance Counselor
Air Link International Aviation College - one of the country's leading and quality aviation schools - is looking for a Guidance Counselor
- On consultancy basis: 2-day/week onsite reporting
- SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE
- With complete benefits, overtime pay and free lunch accommodations
- Develop and implement an all-encompassing educational and counseling plan
- Foster equal opportunity practices and encourage students' association
- Conduct group or individual assessment and counseling sessions to assist students with problems or concerns
- Evaluate the progress of students and reinforce the sense of accomplishment
- Identify behavioral problems or at-risk students and act appropriately
- Cooperate with parents and teachers as well as other interested parties
- Study and update student records
- Prepare and present reviews on progress
QUALIFICATIONS:
- WITH ACTIVE RGC LICENSE
- At least 1 year of experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be amenable to work in Pasay City on consultancy basis
- Can start ASAP
