Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute expense accounting, cost accounting, project accounting, and payroll administration.
Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.
Project cost - accounting.
Complete general ledger & financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly. quarterly and yearly financial forecast.
Handle Month-end and yearly financial statements.
Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Prudently make investments on assets that maximize returns.
Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization.
Skill Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or related courses.
5 years of work experience as a Finance Manager (2-3 years of which working in a software development or IT company).
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a plus.
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral form.
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, SAP, and/or other financial planning software.
