LICENSED CIVIL ENGINEER / DIVISION HEAD
 
We are eager to add a seasoned Licensed Civil/Structural Engineer to our dynamic team in the role of Operations Division Head.
 
Your wide-ranging responsibilities will encompass:
Estimating, construction take-offs, material ordering, and plan drawing (with a focus on structural design).
Conducting light drafting for addition and remodel projects with adeptness in structural designs.
Facilitating communication with vendors for quotes, permit, and warranty monitoring.
Managing subcontractor work to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
Upholding company policies, processes, and strategies to meet operational and financial targets while promoting a safety-first approach and a culture of integrity.
Knowledge and experience with government biddings in the Philippines.
Ability to drive a 4-wheel vehicle with a valid driving license.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or has 5+ years of Construction Management experience.
A licensed Structural Engineer with proficiency in modern design software.
Demonstrated experience in construction management.
Skilled in using Architecture Software (AutoCAD/Staad/BIM/Revit).
Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
Can work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
A licensed graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Construction Management.
Familiarity with Building Materials and Cost Estimation.
Experience with Government Biddings in the Philippines.
Competence in driving a 4-wheel vehicle.
