Description
A Makati-based workspace solutions provider is looking for a Licensed Architect who will be responsible for designing projects and reviewing architectural plans.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
 Leading and developing projects from early concept through design development
 Ensuring that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
 Creating detailed drawings, layout and details
 Coordinating with contractors and company's design team.
Qualifications/ skills required:
 Must be a Licensed Architect
 At least 5 years related experience
 Experience in office fit-out
 Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
