working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget
working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists
Graduate of BS Architecture.
Must be a Licensed Architect.
Must have at least 3-5 years of work experience with projects such as Malls, Mid rise to High rise structures, offices or Condominiums.
Preferably with experience handling end-to-end phase of mid rise to high rise projects
Willing to be assigned at be assigned project site: Laguna, Muntinlupa, Cebu & Davao .
Willing to be assigned at Site (not stay in).
Can work alone and with minimal supervision
Can start ASAP or within 2 weeks notice
