Description
Responsible for all survey and land development activities in the project.
Job description:
• Prepare, Review, and improve the topographical report to comply with the related standards and the requirements of the Consultant and Employer.
• Compile survey schedules and plans.
• Conduct surveys to determine exact positions, measurement of points, elevations, lines, areas, volume, contours, and other features of land surfaces.
• Collect survey data using the available surveying equipment at the site.
• Analyze and interpret data gathered to ensure adherence to project specifications and survey standards.
• Ensure the correctness of mathematical calculations and submit survey related output on time.
• Compile daily, monthly, and yearly survey reports.
• Study and review construction drawings, bill of quantities, and participate in review of survey plans.
• Conduct construction stake out, construction monitoring and quantity surveying works.
• Maintain and safekeep survey equipment, including periodical calibration works.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the direct supervisor.
• Must be fully knowledgeable with survey procedures and proficient in the use of survey instruments (e.g. Total Station, Theodolite/level, RTK)
• Must be a team player but can work independently.
• Must be able to focus on the job at hand despite the work pressure & project timelines.
• To sign a documents and Plan of the project.
• The other task/works may assign by the direct supervisor.
