Qualification Guides
Graduate of any Business Course or its equivalent
Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience in bookkeeping and documentation
Familiar with payment of taxes, submission of required documents, renewal of licenses and insurances
With knowledge in monitoring of Original Receipts, Provisional Receipts, Sales Invoice, Cash Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipts, and other BIR related documents.
Principal Functions
Process business permits quarterly and annually
Prepares documents for submission to SEC, Philgeps
Prepares request for Authority to print of Original Receipts,Provisional Receipts, Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipts and secondary documents that requires ATP as required by BIR.
Monitors renewal of insurance such as fire and motor vehicle
Assist in the preparation of Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and Income Statement
Monitors creditable tax certificates
Performs other related duties that maybe assigned by his / her immediate superior
