Job Summary
Responsible for day-to-day administration work to assist Retail Operation team to liaise with PAGCOR and process GS forms for bingo branches nevertheless than opening / closing of sites related, marketing / promotion, machines maintenance, games & system conversion, filing of TSO, and etc which relevant to it.
The above is not exhaustive and subjected to changes with the growth and involvement of the company.
Duties & Responsibilities
1.Day-to-day duties under product management team to assist our Retail Operation team to process PAGCOR GS forms for bingo branches nevertheless than machines maintenance, games conversion, filing of TSO and other related request to PAGCOR.
2.Liaise with Bingo machines vendors regarding machines arrangement and request to the branches.
3.TITO tickets requisition to supplier for inventory record and arrangement to the bingo branches.
4.Coordinating with marketing and compliance team for the processing of GS form and follow up on the status for the submission from time to time.
5.Provides logistical support to Product Head & Operation teams, and coordinates with Admin & Cost Monitoring for admin support.
6.Other necessary assistance needed under product team in Retail BU operation team.
Education
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management / Computer Science or equivalent qualification with professional body.
Experience
Fluent in both written and verbal English (Plus if Chinese (Mandarin) speaking and writing).
Previous experience in data entry processing work is a plus
Required Skills & Abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Applications mainly Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Able to work under pressure, good and strong work attitude.
Good organisation and communication skills
