Description
acting as contact points for all agency or organizational personnel
keeping lists of the agencies or personnel representing the person, agency or organization;
identifying problems in communications among these groups
knowledgeable in processing of permits and documentation
Performed zoning and permitting tasks as needed
Help meet project deadlines and drive the project forward with support of the project manager and other resources.
Facilitate project tracking and scheduling requirements and maintain all project information and documentation.
Submit invoice requests and maintain a record of all transactions
Perform duties as assigned by the manager
Preferably knowledgeable in driving 2 wheels & 4 wheels
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 3
