Under the Ateneo Research Institute for Science and Engineering, and its authorized representatives, the Liaison Assistant will serve as a project-based employee and shall provide laboratory support services to Blue Swab COVID-19 Testing Center.
The Liaison Officer will:
Coordinate patient schedule for swabbing
Validate patient payment
Discuss PhilHealth and HMO benefits and requirements
Secure a copy of the patient's requirement for HMO or Philhealth validation
Accomplish the requirements for Philhealth testing services payment collection
Monitor collections from Philhealth and HMO providers
Practice proper infections control measures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
Performs other tasks that may be required by the Laboratory Director, Operations Manager, or authorized representatives to effectively fulfill objectives of the testing laboratory
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably, with a background in accounting)
With training/experrience as PhilHealth liaison
Amenable to work in a COVID 19 Laboratory
Possess strong interpersonal and communications skills
Detail-oriented
Computer literate and knowledgeable with Microsoft Office applications
Can work independently as well as team-player
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Administration and Coordination Higher Education / Academia 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
