Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the maintenance and administration of Microsoft 365 environments of clients
• Complete checklists to monitor configurations and policies across multiple client M365 tenants
• Complete monthly reporting tasks
• Handle system administration tasks including Azure AD, Security and Compliance, Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint, Device Management and Defender for Endpoint
• Complete regular reviews of clients' IT infrastructure using checklists to assess alignment to the company's best practices in the following areas: CyberSecurity and Risk, Backup and Disaster Recovery, Network and Infrastructure, Servers, Microsoft 365, Client Devices, Voice and Data
• Backup Reporting - Complete daily backup checks and resolve or escalate identified problems
• Server Administration - Review and resolve server alerts related to patching, performance, security, and events
• Document internal processes and maintain customer environment documentation
• Complete assigned M365 and other project tasks
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related
• 3 to 5 years Information Technology experience
• 2 to 3 years experience in MS Office365 Administration
• Experience in Intune, SharePoint, and Teams Administration
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Strong analytical skills
• MS700, MS100, and MS101 Certification or any Microsoft Certification is a plus
• Experience or knowledge in the following would be nice to have: Managed Service Provider companies, Windows Server Administration, Azure and Powershell scripting, Kaseya Ticketing System
