Job Description
Answering end-user data related queries,
Working with customers to set up and implement new solutions
Trouble shooting with users on their reporting needs
Validating client queries and escalating these to other team members
Contacting clients to follow through on questions or new implementations
Working directly with clients to set up or tweak their retail insights portal
Data validation and running data checks
Assist with end user set ups and training
Qualifications
Exposure to retail data (desirable but not a must)
Experience handling Level 1 tickets (setting up new users, helping clients directly with changes to the web-based portal reports)
Experience handling Level 2 tickets (refreshing the client's database, adding new facts into the database and supporting data validation)
Data Analysis (Data validation and running data checks)
experience working with email-based support desk ticketing systems
MS Excel (Pivot Tables)

Candidates are expected to report in the Eastwood, Libis office at least 1-2X/month (for important occasions, meetings, project launch)
Candidates are expected to have a stable/reliable internet connection at home (at least 10MBPS for both download and upload speed)
