Organization of all client files and folders: Keeps inventories of all corporate documents.
Answer to calls and queries of clients. Schedule appointments of lawyers.
Draft letters, type pleadings and others, as may be assigned by the lawyer.
File and/or mail necessary pleadings and letter, as may be required by the lawyer.
Attend to some meetings and hearings, as may be assigned by the lawyer.
Coordination with government agencies in filing, processing, and claiming documents.
Monitor official business transactions of messenger
Assists lawyers in clerical works.
Act as reliever in the absence of the petty cash custodian
Maintain order and cleanliness in the office.
Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to you.

Receive mails and letters for the firm.
Organization of all client files and folders: Keeps inventories of all corporate documents.
Answer to calls and queries of clients. Schedule appointments of lawyers.
