EMPLOYEE TYPE: Full time position
WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
WORK LOCATION: BCCS LAW OFFICE, Madrigal Business Park, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City
The candidate is expected to perform a variety of secretarial and administrative support duties of confidential nature which may include:
- Managing legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence
- Handling of office reception area and receiving of office mail
- Attending to phone calls and inquiries and communicating with clients or potential clients
- Managing calendars for meetings and lawyers' deadlines
- Disseminating emails, documents and other information to relevant colleagues
- Preparing documents and packages for mail, courier or personal delivery
- Maintaining a record of incoming and ougoing documents
- Completing various forms for client matters and/or government compliance.
- Proofreading and photocopying documents
- Assisting billing coordinator and attorneys with billing concerns
- Negotiating with company suppliers and vendors for follow-ups/requests
- Safekeeping of documents
- Performing other tasks as requested
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledgeable in MS applications, especially Word and Excel
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Fluent in oral and written English
- College graduate. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Preferably at least 1 year experience in clerical/administrative support work
- Preferably living in Muntinlupa City/ near work location
