Responsibilities:
Organization of client files and keeps an inventory of all legal documents
Aids in preparation and checking of legal documents
Drafting and typing of simple letters and affidavits
Coordination with different government agencies/ courts in filing, processing and follow up of documents.
Set/ Monitor appointments and hearings of lawyers.
Assist lawyers and entertain clients
