The Opportunity:This newly formed, but established business is forming its head office in Manila and needs a legal team to support its growing business. You will work in a fast paced health and lifestyle company in a small legal team.
The Role:
This role will see you support a Paralegal, Junior and Senior Lawyer on various matters. Areas of law include corporate and commercial, employment, property and leasing, and civil law. You will assist the team on matters to ensure the smooth running of the business across multiple jurisdictions. Other duties include:
Travel Booking
Preparing bill and financial reports
Extensive diary and email management
Expense processing
Formatting and preparing court briefs
The Requirements:You will have experience in an in house legal team or busy corporate practice supporting a small team. You will need experience with billing and matter management programs.
