About the Client:
Our client is a well-established and reputable telecommunications company in the Philippines, known for its extensive network coverage and commitment to delivering high-quality internet, data, voice, and managed services to both businesses and consumers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law and a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines with good standing.
At least 15 years of relevant experience as an in-house counsel, with at least 5 years of experience as a regulatory and compliance expert in the telecommunications or ICT industry.
Knowledge of corporate business and labor laws.
Willingness to work heavily on corporate housekeeping and corporate secretarial tasks.
Excellent interpersonal skills that enable effective collaboration with all groups, industry partners, and government offices/agencies.
As a senior executive of the company, the ideal candidate must possess entrepreneurial skills to balance business and legal and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
