The Legal Counsel will be responsible for all types of legal disputes in various courts, government administrative agencies and tribunals in coordination with the Legal Head.
The hired Legal Counsel will ensure ALP's legal compliance in all real estate and;
Related transactions such as but not limited to sales documentation, registration, taxation, construction, permits, licenses and other governmental reportorial concerns.
Member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines
With at least 2- 3 years litigation experience.
Result-oriented and have excellent time-management skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Mid-Senior Level / Manager Legal Commercial Real Estate 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
