2 years experience in trial & corporate practice.
Provide external clients with legal services.
Provide support to RSB Group of Companies concerning legal matters and in creating and implementing of company policies and procedures and related company documents to conform to legal and statutory requirements.
Participate in complex legal projects.
Supervise and review the works of the staff under Corporate Secretarial Services Department. Review the work of Para Legal.
Perform any other task that will be assigned from time to time.
Uphold the principles, ethics and values and act with honesty and integrity in the performance of function.
Salary is negotiable.
