Conducts research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles. 3. Initiates inquiries to resolve errors, delays, or other legal related problems in regional areas and recommends courses of action and mitigate risks as much as possible. 4. Briefs staff in each region/area on legal issues, using oral or written platforms, potential liabilities and possible courses of actions should legal problems arise with proper consultation with the legal counsel. 5. Coordinates any action, suit or proceeding between among the parties in connection with any disagreements, disputes, controversies and claims arising to a certain agreement. 6. Files (liaises) case related papers at appropriate regulatory bodies. 7. Performs other functions that may be assigned by the Legal Manager from time to time. ABOUT YOU 1. Excellent written and verbal communication. 2. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. 3. Knowledge of all applicable Philippine laws, rules and regulations. 4. High attention to detail and strong negotiation skills 5. Ability to prepare complex legal documents 6. Must high level skill in performing research 7. Experience in case gathering, digest or analysis 8. With strong background handling labor cases 9. Exemplifies customer service skills 10. Responsible and result - oriented 11. Team player EDUCATION AND EXPREIENCE: 1.Degree in a program of study related to Political Science, Legal Management, Sociology or any related course. 2.With at least 1 to 2 year related experience. 3.Experience in the specific industry to which the employer belongs.
