Strategic Planning
A good understanding of the business environment is essential with the ability to identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials
Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders to drive the strategy, creating targeted marketing campaigns and new business activities, develop plans and collaborate as needed to deliver the agreed plan
Work closely with regional marketing team members and marketers across the region to drive business line synergy in Asia Pacific, provide input and strategic suggestions for integrated campaigns and sharing best practices
Responsible for delivering the marketing initiatives within budget
Work within measurable targets
Provide quarterly progress reports
Marketing & Communications
Work closely with the business, as part of the team, to create high value strategies for the various business lines
Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads. Coordinate with the business to ensure deadlines are met
Tailor and execute agreed marketing initiatives
Create marketing, communication and business development collaterals that are consistent with JLL's brand standards
Create marketing copy for print and online and write internal communications materials which promote the business objective. Working closely with the PR team.
Ensure the business is equipped with professional targeted materials and tools to support business development
Effectively identify and manage outside resources and vendors, an understanding of digital, creative services, print and production is important
Drive internal communication strategies/plans, ensure that business line leadership messages, new assignments, significant transactions, research and other newsworthy items are proactively communicated internally through relevant channels, including online platforms. Work with the regional team to improve regional awareness of the Philippine business lines under your control
Oversee projects, events and production of marketing materials liaising with relevant team members,
Ensure that the JLL's brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
Keep abreast of current trends in marketing
Responsible for proofreading in English and running through the internal approval processes
Assist on Knowledge Management (coordinate with Business Development teams)
Assist with other local marketing and communications projects as needed
