Duties and Qualifications:
A graduate in Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related course
At least 1 to 3 years experience in leasing Operations
Adept in handling tenant contract of lease
Able to address tenant concerns and possess good client-relations skills
Possess the ability to supervise front desk personnel
Experienced in monitoring billing and collection process
Ensure the proper documentation and storage of leasing files.
