To ensure that all properties are updated and being utilized properly. The team must ensure maximum occupancy of rental units at all times and high renewal rate.
QUALIFICATIONS
>With Bachelor's degree in Administration and Management, or equivalent
>At least 5 years of experience in real estate property management with strong background in leasing
>Well versed in real estate commodity terms
>Knowledgeable in contract management and can interpret floor plans
>Proficient in MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
>With exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
>Provide information about retail space in terms of renting aspects
>Explore commercial needs and requirements
CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
>Accurately and efficiently prepare and assist with all leasing paperwork such as applications, lease agreements, employment and credit checks, and lease move-in packets)
>Update Monitoring of Contract of Lease
>Monitor billing transactions from tenant to ensure collections are properly updated
COMPLIANCE AND REGULATIONS
>Effectively interpret all lease and community policies and regulations
ADMINISTRATIVE
>Understand and comply with the state landlord-tenant local Housing laws and standards
>Prepare monthly competitive survey reports and analyze the real estate market trends and conditions
>Maintain an accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the real estate market, particularly in areas such as rent and pricing information, vacancies, space availability, lease expirations, square footage, etc.
>Negotiate all terms required to support the Group benefits
