LEASING OFFICER
The Leasing Officer is responsible for overseeing leasing operations, tenant relations, billing, collection, and financial reconciliation across company-managed properties ( MyPad, Nest, NRDC, SSJFC). This role ensures smooth coordination between tenants, caretakers, lessors, and internal departments to support efficient property management and financial processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in leasing, accounting, or property management.
Knowledge of ERP systems, billing, and collection processes is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
