Job description:
Leasing Officer will manage and lead all leasing programs and activities including planning and development, leasing management and budget forecast in order to maximize rental, thereby increasing the mall's profitability with the most desirable and productive tenants: long-term and short-term leasing, specialty, kiosk, food court and seasonal tenants.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Marketing or relevant
With more than 1-2 years of experience in a related field as Officer
S/he must be well versed in communicating with potential tenants to identify their requirements and convince them to rent
S/he must exercise appropriate customer care attitude and decorum when conducting leasing operations
Strong communication, organizational, prioritizing, planning & time management skills
Self-motivated, team player, initiative & multi-tasking
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
Identify, prospect, and secure new tenants that align with the mall's positioning and business goals.
Manage leasing contracts, renewals, negotiations, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in retail leasing.
Maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Prepare and monitor budget forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for leasing activities.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to maximize tenant sales and foot traffic.
Ensure compliance with mall policies, leasing standards, and customer care protocols.
