Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Leasing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial or residential property leasing. This role is responsible for managing leasing activities, building strong relationships with tenants, and maximizing property occupancy rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full leasing cycle, from initial inquiries to lease execution
Conduct property tours and showcase available spaces to potential tenants
Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease agreements
Process of renewal of existing tenants
Create commercial terms for new and existing tenants
Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant information
Collaborate with property management teams to ensure smooth tenant move-ins and move-outs.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive pricing
Prepare regular reports on leasing performance and occupancy rates
Assist in resolving tenant concerns and maintaining positive relationships
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial or residential property leasing
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Computer literate
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Customer-focused approach with a track record of building strong relationships
