Description
NOTE: Salary will be discussed upon interview.
1.1. Answer phone call inquiries from Land line and company mobile phone.
1.2. Answer inquiries from emails regarding the housing projects of the company.
1.3. Answer inquiries from social media account.
1.4. Provides information needed by the client who inquire to the mentioned communication ways.
1.5. Assist other buyers on their concern to other department of the company.
1.6. Submit weekly report regarding week inquiries and feedback from clients
1.7. Called out from buyers listing, to know if they already reserve their units at Garden Villas.
1.8. Logged and File all information from referral contract form and client information form.
1.9. Submit weekly and monthly report of reservations
1.10. Monitor and communicate with the prospect clients / customers that came from roadshows.
1.11. Prepare corporate giveaways and other materials needed for the exhibit.
1.12. Manage the department PCF
1.13. Prepare the PRS and RFP for all request of the department
1.14. Coordinate to supplier for the status of the item ordered.
1.15. Facilitating of exhibits during Ingress and Egress
1.16. Closely coordinate to the advertising agency to ensure that the direction by the marketing manager is aligned.
1.17. Submit weekly status report to the marketing manager for consolidation.
1.18. Coordinate to other department of the company if needed and has concern.

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
1 year of experience
