Job Description:
1. Register and enroll units for lease
2. Market and lease 32 Sanson by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
3. Gather new leads by create prospecting and/or leasing events.
4. Prepare complete leasing requirements from clients (COL, LRA, move-in/renewal/move-out documents)
5. Submit complete leasing requirements to Property Management Office
6. Endorse tenant concerns to Property Management Office
7. Create relationships with brokers and business partners
8. Works hard towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly leasing targets to ensure accomplishment of the overall company's target
9. Make monthly leasing reports and update for the team
10.· Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition and aligns work with strategic goals
11· Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients and providing them
the utmost customer service
Educational Background:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketingor a related field.
Technical Competencies:
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Excel
Preferably with leasing experience
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Sales and Marketing Commercial and Residential Real Estate 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
