Looking for a Leasing Coordinator for RentSFNow - a Residential Leasing Company

, a Veritas Investments company, is one of San Francisco's preeminent residential leasing companies, with the largest collection of apartment buildings in San Francisco Bay Area. They lease and manage more than 300+ buildings and 7,000 apartments in San Francisco and Oakland. Their centralized leasing office drives prospect engagement and conversion through fast lead response times, just-in-time marketing strategies, and a website (www.RentSFNow.com) that gets over 30,000 views each month!
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily support to the Leasing Agents and Leasing Operations Manager
Accept, track, and process new applications for apartments as they are received
Send out leases for signature upon application approval
Maintain Salesforce database of available units that is shared with the office and Leasing Agents
Coordinate with Property Management regarding unit availability and any maintenance issues that may come up in available apartments
Coordinate with Marketing to ensure newly available units have ads posted
Update Yardi as required with inventory information
Assist Prospects with any questions and/or concerns throughout the leasing process
Coordinate new move-ins with on-site managers and building managers
Track receipt of funds and renters insurance for upcoming move-ins
Execute Tenant Move-Ins in Yardi
Update Market Rents in Yardi as they change
Coordinate the Staging of new units when needed
Track monthly sales goals for all Agents and Leasing Department
Assist with various other projects as needed
An Ideal candidate should have:
3+ years of experience in leasing transactions and administration
Must have proven customer service experience
Working knowledge of residential lease terms and forms
Real estate industry experience preferred
Must be a Team Player and work well with all department staff and other departments within the company
Must have the ability to work well in a Team environment and perform at high levels in a fast paced, ever-changing work environment
Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently under minimal supervision and be a self-starter
Must have excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Must be proficient working with Excel and Outlook
Yardi, RentCafe, and DocuSign experience a plus
Must be able to work at least one weekend a month
Compensation & benefits
Work Schedule: US shifts
Salary: $700 per month
