We are actively looking for a compassionate, pleasant and methodical Lease Administrator who will oversee and monitor all CoinOp leases and contracts to shopping centres and franchisees, ensuring proper documentation and renewal of all lease documents.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides support to Property Manager in monitoring the validity of all lease agreements/licenses and handles the processing and complete documentation and any other administrative aspects of leasing
Drafts, proofs and finalizes business proposals for shopping centers
Sets-up, maintains and monitors for data integrity of physical and electronic lease files
Transmits all documents to internal and external parties, as necessary
Manage business correspondence to Franchisees in relation to business compliance, events and products
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Koalakrane franchisees and respond to requests, and inquiries as needed
Adhere to company standards and policies and seek assistance from Management when needed
Coordinates with graphics and marketing team for any related tasks
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time from Management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration; Political Science and in any similar field
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-volume lease administration
Effective at meeting tight deadlines and turning documents around quickly.
Has the ability to write reports and business correspondence in a concise and effective manner
With strong sense of customer service for internal and external clients
Meticulous and has the ability to produce accurate and detail-oriented work while managing multiple priorities against key deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suites, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, spreadsheets and DocuSign is necessary
Experience in commercial real estate is advantageous.
Strong communication skills both written and oral as well as coordination skills
