We are looking for a Learning Delivery Specialist to facilitate and implement our training programs across Community Operations. This role is
pivotal in ensuring we're able to create the best learning experience to increase retention and transfer of both technical and non-technical
subject matter. In this role you will support our CS community to become more proficient in their role and perform at their best.

Delivery of ILC and VILC training
Facilitate training based on pre-defined learning program playbook or plan.
Demonstrates analytical thinking in providing recommendations to improve programs and processes, and identifying learner needs.
Review training content and design (provide input / feedback).
Track Training Completion.

Strong performance in previous role
Good adherence to process, standards and goals
Baseline facilitation or presentation experience
Minimum of six months in prior role
