The Role
Cardno currently has a newly created opportunity for a Learning & Organisational Development Advisor to join our Global Human Resources team in our Fortitude Valley HQ. Reporting to our Group Organisational Development Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of end to end global projects including (but not limited to): Leadership Survey, Engagement Survey, Performance Review Process, Talent Review and Succession Planning.
This is a flexible, part-time role (24 hours per week).
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinating the implementation of Cardno's leadership survey in order to measure the performance of key leaders in the business.
Supporting the implementation of Cardno's talent review process and succession planning.
Coordinating the implementation of Cardno's engagement survey.
Coordinating the implementation of Cardno's performance review process to ensure staff are aligned, developed and capable of driving a meaningful performance shift across the business.
Engaging in reporting and analytics activities to assist in decision making, initiatives development and to assess the performance of Cardno Learning Network
Support reporting, analysis, proposal writing and other projects that relate to staff development.
Assisting in the design of development programs, including facilitator guides and scheduling.
Ideally you will possess the following skills and attributes:
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management
Demonstrated work experience in a human resources role
Demonstrated experience working with various Organisational Development processes including succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and performance reviews etc.
Highly literate with strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders
Time management and organisational skills
