Write different supplementary and related materials that will meet the market demands (Teacher's Manual, iTeach, Assessments etc.)
Write and aligned test questions for any subject required for the DepEd curriculum guide
Develop different course designs for CPD Courseware
Create, encode and test accomplished courses (courseware)
Participate in any activities conducted by the Department such as pilot testing
Present these solutions (TM, each, LP, slide decks, test bank, courseware) as a project if needed
Weekly accomplishments through scrum sheet to be monitored by Teaching and Learning Head
Monitor different project deadlines through Gantt Chart
Participate in Marketing and Sales support activities
Coordinate with Sales and the entire Marketing Department to provide inputs into products
Consistently ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with Vibal values
Be responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations
Remain knowledgeable about key processes, business initiatives, and internal resources to assist the sales team in accomplishing company goals
Must be a Licensed Professional Teacher
With experience in teaching Junior Highschool students
With experience in handling/teaching Science, Math, Filipino, English & AP subjects
