JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a LEARNING EXPERIENCE DESIGNER who can build learning experiences through engaging and effective instructional and information design.
As the Learning Experience Designer, your role will be instrumental in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating digital learning resources across all three of Inspectorio's products to make impactful learning and development solutions.
Utilizing a range of leading technologies and implementing best practice learning systems, you will be responsible for championing excellence in learning to progress Inspectorio's flexible delivery approaches. You will champion innovation in development of new programs and learning materials, as well as maintain existing programs to ensure that they remain up-to-date to meet the ever-changing requirements of the market.
Working as part of the Learning & Development team, you will be reporting to the Senior Instructional Design & Training Strategist, and will work in liaison with key internal and external stakeholders.
This position would be suited to someone with a deep understanding of adult learning principles, design thinking, user experience design and agile methodologies, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and build learning solutions by scoping work, performing gap analysis, developing TNAs, identifying learning outcomes, designing scenarios, assessments and tools, developing content and piloting programs.
Design and develop effective and engaging learning solutions for different delivery needs.
Ensure learning solutions are effective, engaging, flexible and responsive that meet and support multi-paced learning and enhance knowledge retention, skills acquisition and transfer of learning.
Build supporting media using audio, video, simulations, sandboxes, role-plays, games etc for online programs.
Utilize Docebo (Learning Management System) tools and functionalities in program development, in line with the LMS guiding principles.
Use performance data and insights to learn trends, analyze gaps and solve problems.
Requirements
Degree in communications, Psychology, Behavioral Science or a related field.
Demonstrated success in creation of learning solutions for a new system or technology.
Superior organization and coordination skills, with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in e-Learning authoring tools (Evolve, Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate), design tools (Procreate, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Experience in administration and support of learning platforms (Docebo, Moodle, Lectora, Blackboard, etc).
Experience in the delivery of a similar role in an agile, dynamic and high-paced program or project-based environment.
Excellent visual design skills with the ability to develop storyboards.
Confident and proactive in their ability to challenge status quo and make suggestions to improve the outcomes.
Exceptional English communication skills, both oral and written.
Understanding of project management approaches including Agile, tools and phases of a project lifecycle.
Strong relationship building skills.
Experience using digital adoption & guidance tools (e.g. UserPilot) is an advantage.
