Job Summary:
As part of ADI's HR Shared Services Team, the L&D Specialist conducts programmatic activities to support the successful implementation, communications, and administration of comprehensive Leadership and Organizational Development guidelines, programs, projects, practices, and policies in Analog Devices HR Shared Services.
This position will report to the Operations Lead and will have a matrix reporting to the Sr. L&D Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Work in partnership with the Learning & Leadership Development Team / SMEs.
Send/collaborate with HRSS Front Office Team for Broadcast email or communication
Support the pre work requirement before training specific to logistics such as order meals, setting up of room, venue and/or supplies needed for the session
Prepare, Run and publish report periodically and as the business requires
Run and report on post learning results for the assessment completed by each trainee
Creates and manages employee profile on the learning tools
Maintains and assures business relevance of training modules offered
Maintains each of the modules created and offered in the system
Manages scheduling for each learning activities
Performs troubleshooting for issues experienced by the learnings in the learning tool
Manages enrollment for each of the courses
Manages HR Projects and other assigned tasks
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position - except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) - may have to go through an export licensing review process.
