Responsible for managing the learning process within the Hotel.
Responsible in ensuring that all learning and development activities are completely aligned with the culture, values and strategy of the Hotel. Responsible in monitoring and analyzing staff training needs, overseeing and implementing all departmental training programs.
Responsible in assisting in the overall operation of Talent & Culture Department.
Work Experience
At least 3 years of training or facilitation experience.
Experience in the luxury or upscale segment is preferred.
Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS.
