KONE Philippines is looking for a Learning and Development Manager, Center of Expertise to join the team based in Makati, Philippines. The purpose of the Learning & Development manager is to create and implement a learning and development approach that delivers learning activities with a focus on innovation, leadership and driving an engaged culture. You will own the overall planning and coordinating of people competence development activities in the country and support the cluster team in Singapore and Indonesia.
What you will be doing?
Collaborate with business and HR leaders to develop and implement global learning and development processes
Set the businesses learning targets for competence development program
Coach and provide guidance to employees around programs and development options
Support implementation of new learning methods to ensure efficient competence development
Act as a facilitator/trainer in selected programs and workshops
Develop and manage training related vendor networks
Develop field trainer capabilities and promote new digital learning methods
Support Trainings for Operatives conducted by Field/Technical Trainers (i.e Installer and Maintenance Technicians)
Are you the one?
Demonstrated professional experience in learning and development or related area/s
Proven leadership experience and ability to coach and mentor a team
Experience using and developing online learning solutions and digital learning methods
Track record in executing successful development programs
The ability to facilitate workshops confidently both virtual and training centres to all levels of the organization
Good leadership and influencing skills
A collaborative mindset that works well with local and virtual teams
Experience in multinational manufacturing set-up and support trainings for technical employees (i.e Installers and Maintenance Technicians) is an advanta
