Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Learning Business Partner to help build and deliver training programs to our people. These programs will be designed to help our people cultivate their skills, technical knowledge and build the culture in our Organization.
The Learning Business Partner will provide a complete training experience, sharing not only their expertise but guidance, compassion and leadership in ways that motivate others. The successful candidate will design, deliver, and evaluate learning content outcomes. Great organizational skills, flexibility, and a positive attitude are paramount to being successful in this role.
Working hand-in-hand with the Learning and Development Manager you will be responsible for:
Addresses learning and development needs through delivery of tailor-fitted learning solutions.
Builds compelling learning solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Incorporates experiential learning activities and other advanced tools like media (audio, video, gamification, etc.) to enhance the learning process.
Develops sustain activities to follow through on learning application.
Schedules and promotes upcoming courses; Enlists attendees to the course; Organizes training resources and program delivery requirements.
Delivers engaging, contextualized, and memorable training in a variety of ways, including virtual instructor-led training (VILT), online learning, video tutorials, webinars, podcasts, instructor-facilitated discussion forums.
Provides regular feedback to Manager for Learning and Development and Managers & Team Leaders on the participation of enrolled employees in training, identifying and communicating areas for development.
Builds measurement strategies and tools for all learning solutions to assess impact and effectiveness.
Monitors trainee's performance by using assessment instruments and engaging managers and team leaders through follow-through activities.
Develop collaborative working relationships with a wide variety of employees, team leaders, managers, and senior leaders across all areas of the business
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with great presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. You must be able to deliver confidently to diverse audiences in both the Philippines and Australia.
In addition you'll have:
Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with at least two years training delivery experience
Sound knowledge of adult learning principles
Experience in development, implementation and evaluation of training programs preferred
Demonstrated competence in facilitating group and individual learning
Well organized, with demonstrated ability to work independently to organize and prioritize your own work aligned to team and business need
Well-developed computer skills - MS365 suite and LMS (ideally SAP) ; including the capacity to learn new systems
Able to read people well and adapt personal style to work effectively with variety of personalities and bring out the best in all

WORKING LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Our teams are currently working from home however, this role will be based in our Makati head offices once circumstances allow. In order to be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate your home working environment is as follows:

reliable back up internet: at least 3mbps speed
