A role in Learning and Leadership Development is an opportunity to be a Learning Partner for a Business, Market, or Strategic Growth Priority and design and execute innovative learning experiences that will help build skills needed for today and tomorrow.
At the Associate Manager level you may lead a medium to small size team or a relevant function. Decisions will impact your team and occasionally other teams. You'll be expected to independently, with minimal guidance, to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.

Must Have:
• 8 years of experience in identifying and assessing complex problems, and the ability to create innovative solutions with vision, ideas, and creativity
• Strong teamwork skills and a focus on helping your team being their best self
• With good problem solving, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work across a broad range of activities, and enjoy working collaboratively with stakeholders from diverse business, HR, and other cross teams
• Confidence in driving programs end to end
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
8 years of experience
