Job Description:
The Collaborating, Learning and Adapting for Improved Development (CLAimDev) activity's purpose is to bolster the capacity of USAID/Philippines to effectively lead and practice collaborating, learning and adapting (CLA), which has the broader goal of enhancing USAID's development effectiveness. The CLAimDev activity will strengthen the evidence base of USAID/Philippines by implementing select monitoring, evaluation, research, and other analytical tasks to inform key strategic decisions.

Panagora Group seeks a Learning and Leadership consultant who will provide a range of qualitative and quantitative data collection services to project managers across multiple platforms for its sub-contractor, Bean Group Global (BGG).
Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Program Manager to coordinate multiple stakeholders across different time zones to collect quantitative and qualitative data
Manage online learning resources and collaborative tools
Communicate and coordinate with all stakeholders to maintain circulation and dissemination of project schedules and updates
Conduct or support virtual learning events
Responsible for scheduling and administering assessments, data collection, and reviews
Responsible for timely submission of project plans including tasks, timelines, and deliverables
Provide report summaries within the stated time frames
Provide weekly updates regarding data collection and assessments
Attend regularly scheduled assessment and team meetings
Requirements
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in human resources management, education, instructional design, leadership, organizational development, applied behavioral sciences, data management, business administration or related field; Master's degree preferred
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Strong written and verbal skills
3+ years experience with qualitative and quantitative data collection
Subject matter knowledge of learning programs such as training design either in-person or virtual, training evaluation, capacity strengthening, coaching and mentoring, leadership, online instruction, knowledge management, LMS platforms, expertise with Ed Tech, digitization and/or governance and public policy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to produce time-sensitive deliverables
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment including occasional nights and weekends
Ability to work as a cross cultural team member under the direction of the project management
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Survey Monkey and Asana is a plus
Reports to: Program Manager of Bean Group Global, a sub-contractor of Panagora Group
Level of Effort: This is a part-time position based in the Philippines.
