Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or any Business-related course.
With at least six months in the field of Human Resources, specifically in training & development.
With working knowledge on the training need analysis and training effectiveness evaluation.
Excellent in spoken and written English.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio etc.)
Knowledgeable on Training Need Analysis
Has basic knowledge on Philippine Labor Code.
Willing to be assigned in Porac, Pampanga
