Job Summary:
A Learning and Development Officer is in charge of the end-to-end training cycle
Which includes needs assessment, designing, implementation and evaluation.
He/she ensures that all employees are equipped with the right attitude, knowledge and skills needed by the job to meet government and business requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology or any related course
With at least 2-year experience in learning and development
Proficient in ADDIE Model
Knowledgeable in HR-related tools and systems
Fluent in English and Filipino (oral and written)
Preferably with experience in the IT industry
