We are looking for a passionate and driven Learning and Development Intern who will help others learn and realize their potential while developing his or her own career in training.
You'll be a part of an environment that broadens your functional training personal and technical skills and deepens your knowledge of client services.
Every day brings a new challenge so you'll need to be a team player at heart, with an eye for detail, great organizational skills so you can prioritize your day. Strong communication skills are must have to build relationships across the business.

Responsibilities:
Support team in all training activities, such as logistics preparation, trainee/trainer support, training registration, and feedback.
Support team to maintain trainees' learning progress and history.
Participate in L&D department events & activities.
Participate in other events/programs assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
Pursuing Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, Education, Engineering, or related major.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Proficiency in Video Editing.
Knowledgeable in creating basic databases.
Have good self-learning skills.
Be well-organized, proactive, open-minded, highly responsible, and supportive.
Has initiative and willingness
Can maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information
