ZigZag is looking for a driven Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team!

Key Responsibilities
Design, Edit and produce a variety of learning content (videos in particular) in service to the needs of the learners.
Refresh, update, and continuously improve existing learning & development resources and materials.
Administration of our online learning platform (GO1), immersive learning experiences and holistic development program.
Scheduling & Coordination of Learning & Development activities within the business.
Ensure up to date L&D records and reports are kept.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders and subject matter experts to build learning effective resources, in a timely manner.
Apply an innovative thinking in learning to develop creative production ideas to maximize learner engagement and impact.
Work with diversity and inclusion in mind to ensure all learning content are accessible & easy to understand.
Key Attributes
A strong understanding of how to structure engaging video and audio stories
Excellent planning and organizational skills and can manage multiple projects.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (or other relevant video editing platform).
Previous experience with GO1 (Learning platform), highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal).
Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts, Psychology, Multimedia arts, Human Resources and other related fields.
*This role is on a hybrid set-up.
*Candidates must be willing to report in Sheridan, Mandaluyong City if needed.
